Word of Despair

Word of Despair is an ability that can be learned by characters.

• IC description: A word of power that focuses the raw emotion of despair, able to be directed at a target. The word itself is merely a catalyst for the effect, and as such the target does not need to actually hear the word itself.
• OOC description: (Slightly reduce target long-term morale, as well as an additional massive but brief reduction in morale that will be restored when the effect wears off.)
• Usage: cast despair <target>
• Cooldown timer: 60
• Skills applied to offense:
  • Linguistics: 25%
  • Storytelling: 25%
  • Music: 25%
• Skills applied to defense:
  • Meditation: 50%
