Traveltime

Traveltime is a character stat measured in seconds that simulates the time it takes to travel from one point to another. A character cannot move from the room they are currently in during traveltime. It does not otherwise hinder a character, and does not prevent roundtime-incurring actions.

Traveltime can be caused by:

  • dragging a heavy object from room to room.
  • pushing a cart from room to room.
  • Traversing some rooms that are meant to encompass a particularly large area.
  • Moving through difficult terrain, such as shallow or deep water, thick mud, uneven ground, steep slopes, thick foliage or clutter, etc.

A character's current traveltime is noted in the command prompt, indicated by the letters TT.
