Urban Stealth

Urban Stealth is an ability that can be learned by characters.

• IC description: There are several tricks to moving unseen in urban environments. It's not just about using the buildings and whatnot for cover, but about picking out areas that most are likely to ignore, and blending in with crowds when available. This training will teach tricks like this and give an advantage to moving unseen in urban environments.
• OOC description: (When in urban environments: Reduced sneaking traveltime, reduced risk on stealth movement, reduced risk when bystanders arrive while in stealth, increased sneaking rolls.)
• Usage: (Passive ability when in urban environments.)
