Thief's Tricks

Thief's Tricks is an ability that can be learned by characters.

• IC description: The tricks of a thief's trade can allow one to move small items around without anyone noticing. While these tricks are certainly useful for shadier activities, they can also be employed for entertainment, such as sleight of hand tricks.
• OOC description: (Take the better of two rolls when stealing, the ability to plant small items on another character, and the ability to attempt to get, put, or drop small items without others noticing.)
• Usage: plant <item> on <target> to plant items on another character, palm to stealthily get, put, or drop small items.
