- IC description: A dedicated focus on sleight of hand allows one to more successfully move small items around without others noticing. This deftness of hand can also help a little at hurling small items such as throwing-knives.
- OOC description: (+1 reroll when stealing, planting, or palming items, and to usage of the sleight command to perform sleight of hand tricks. Also grants +1 reroll to the chance to multi-throw light throwing weapons (see the Multi-Throw ability).)
