Glyph: `beldi` is a glyph that can be learned by characters.

• IC description: The `beldi` glyph instructs a diagram to activate when that diagram is entered by a soul of sufficient potency.
• OOC description: (Diagram activator glyph that triggers once a person passes within the diagram's boundaries)
• Usage: draw the glyph as part of an occult diagram. The diagram will then activate once entered with the go command.
