Arrow Guard

Arrow Guard is an ability that can be learned by characters.

• IC description: Whether due to expert training based around shield usage or simply being highly invested in self-preservation, some Warriors are able to quickly ready a shield when they detect an incoming ranged attack.
• OOC description: (When targeted by a ranged attack, automatically ready a shield. Does not trigger if the attacker cannot be seen by the target, the target's hands are full, or the target is wielding a two-handed weapon or launcher (still works with hand-and-a-half weapons).)
• Usage: Passive.
• Prerequisite Abilities:
  • Tactics: Marauder -OR- Tactics: Guardian
