Adjust Gear: Travel

Adjust Gear: Travel is an ability that can be learned by characters.

• IC description: Rangers are second to none when it comes to efficiently traveling across the land, and they've learned just how to fit and wear their gear in order to travel lighter and in greater comfort.
• OOC description: (Temporarily lower weight encumbrance for worn items by: 10% for categories including backpacks, satchels, pouches, and light-armor-class cuirasses and greaves. 50% for categories including cloaks and coats. 100% for worn rope. Lasts 24 real-time hours and can be re-applied by a Ranger at any time. The Ranger can offer these adjustments to others as well. Adjusted gear will only be lighter when worn specifically by the person who was wearing it at the time of adjustment. (Only affects the item weight when worn, NOT when held in hand or stored in another worn container.))
