Presently there is a time component tied to unshelving characters, but it isn't displayed anywhere.

I know they are not available for unshelving, because they have the date instead of (available for unshelving), but I cannot see the when. Attempting to unshelve them returns the line, "Sorry, this character cannot be unshelved until 2021-08-05." And I always think, 'but that's today!'
- I would most love rounding down to server time (ie as soon as it is Knightsday fifth of Augum, unshelving is available)
- and next most like rounding up to server time (I'd unshelve on the sixth instead)
- or showing the actual time when unshelving will be available
