I was wondering if there were any locations that were well-known or popular in maritime culture? In real life, you hear a lot about locations like Cape Horn, the Northwest Passage, Tortuga and the ever popular Caribbean. I wanted to come up with some sea shanties that work with ingame lore so any information about some locations like this in the COGG world would be appreciated.

Porto D'esilio's definitely a popular subject of shanties these days, being the place where exiles are usually dropped off in the Lost Lands. I'll have to take some time to think up some other area names for you from around the world.
