Fishing rods now craftable

Fishing rods are now possible to make by ATTACHing a spinning-reel (new wood/metal recipe) to a rod, with some tiny rings (new metal recipe) on-hand. Enjoy that custom-made fishing rod!

I don't know if spinning-reels should be able to be metalcast, but could the tiny rings be added to the metalcasting list? Thank you!

You can already make a mold of them from clay. I've updated the documented lists of craftables, if that's what the request was based on.
