The BUILD command can now specify "make" or "new" as part of the command to indicate that the builder wishes to build a new instance of an item, rather than try to continue work on building an existing item in the room. Syntax
example: BUILD NEW HANDCART

So, no more having to move to a different room to build a second instance of something when one is already present.
