Might I suggest decreasing the rate which ESP pendants fizzle out while we have fewer people playing? Buying one and having so few people on it just to have it fizzle out is a bit a kick in the pants. Maybe a super neato algorithm that sets the rate to be proportional to the amount of people connected over the span of a week or month or whatever number you see fit? Rationale being that the more minds connected, the more pendant occultyness gets drained.

I do like writing super neato algorithms ... I'll consider it.
