New Construction recipe: Simple Mine Supports

Characters with the Construction skill can now build simple mine supports! Information has been added to the cave-ins section of the "Mining" helpfile as well as to the "mine supports" helpfile. I'm just excited to finally get a Construction recipe that isn't related to farms! They will decay as mining occurs and eventually need to be replaced, so it's not a build-once-and-done thing. This should help give Construction-focused characters a bit more to do and have a more lasting value, since the supports will need replacing.
