General Ability Suggestion: Skulker

IC Description: You have practiced fluid, undetectable movements through many environments, allowing you to more easily retain your poise in the midst of covert travel.
OOC Description: Lose *five balance when **moving in stealth.
  1. Variable balance loss. Five is small, but would still take someone with one CIRCLE to 3/8, out of CHINK range, two CIRCLES to 11/16 (just above Truestrike/Mighty Blow second/third tier) and three CIRCLES to 19/24 (just under Truestrike/Mighty Blow fourth/fifth tiers). Less balance loss, three or so, could mostly keep someone within these above noted limits, specifically Chink, which is possibly rather powerful, but too much, like seven, might as well not exist.
  2. Two possibilities come to mind for activation: on any move while in stealth, or any move as a result of stalking someone else who moves. The latter is less generally powerful, and fulfills the intended use of keeping up the ability to CHINK/keeping up balance in general for combat.
This could just as easily be a Nightblade, even Duelist too, only ability, because it really has no use outside of combat. My main reasoning for it is because I often find myself STALKing and CIRCLing something/someone just before they move, and then having to wait to CIRCLE again before I can CHINK, which is extremely frustrating, to say the least. Unsure about balance, yet. i'm not sure it would do much but save time, excluding, perhaps, if you finish a combat at high balance, HIDE, wait for someone else to come about, STALK them, wait until they move, and then be able to enter the combat with high balance, but that seems like a lot of settup for mostly niche situations, such as getting away from a large group of enemies on the coattails of another with high balance.
