Mail and Collect On Delivery

It is now possible to mail things C.O.D. (Collect On Delivery), meaning you can set a price that the recipient needs to pay in order to retrieve the sent item.
Syntax: mail <boxnumber/alias> cod:<amount>
Example: mail 255 cod:500 to mail an item to mailbox 255 with a C.O.D. price of 500.
Senders can check on any C.O.D. money ready to be picked up at a post office.
