Q: Is there a specific day of the winter months that Exodus Day is traditionally celebrated?
A:If it is, it is not the 25th. There is probably one, but remains to be chosen.

Q:Can you give us more than the blurb, vagueries, on Yru? What are the limits of her domains? What is the most common known information about her?
A: No. Needs to be hammered. there is stuff that will be in the there and is deciding which parts are attached to Yru.

Q: How common is Yru worship?
A: Not very. It's not a thing most people feel is applicable in their everyday lives when it comes to undead and is a very niche thing. Of course things will be tied into lore beyond spooky undead but it isn't totally set to be revealed.

Q: Are there bibles of Undm, or something one might reference in character as the teachings of Undm? What about for Yru?
A: Every immortal has some sort of written text depending on how they are viewed might be referred to as scriptures about those beings. Sure. There isn't any singular one because different cultures have different views.

Q: What is Yru's symbol? Colors for priests?
A: Not yet because he keeps rejecting typically stuff.

Q: Are there any places in the world in which Undm or Yru worship are more common?
A: Maybe, has to think about it.

Q: Gaea. How is gaea is viewed and how to go about worshipping
A: It is more of a concept and aollective primal spirit of the world. It is more a amalgamation of of everything that is primal related. There are different takes on that. The fasa are the ones most invested in that concept and try to think of those great connections how point A can effect point b far down the line. More approproate to think of it as a collection of nature all working together than a single immortal/entity.

Q: How does the dominion feel about independent groups working within their borders? Do they require them to be overseen, crack down on them, let them do their thing, help them, or something else?

Some examples.

*A charitable group who do the stereotypical good things. Helping communities inside the dominion, tending to wounded, feeding the hungry, rebuilding war-torn areas, etc. think church of light.

*Religious groups. People who do things, preaching, fighting, or any of the stuff listed in the example above. Just the whole spectrum of religions, from violent, to neutral, to peaceful.

*Groups like the Wyrvardn, tse-gaiyan, etc. Not purely combative groups, but with the potential to be, with a clearly-stated cause. Would the dominion, for example, worry much about Wyrvardn getting in their business clearing out blood cultists from a place when they could have done it instead?

*Nomadic groups. Maybe Fasa clans living in the lost lands, foreign merchants, or a troop of performers like the Mummers. Would they be seen in any way? Perhaps with suspicion?

*Mercenaries. Would the dominion employ them, or would they prefer to rely on their own soldiers?

How about groups started by citizens VS groups started by non-citizens.

A:It depends on what they are doing and if they are playing by the dominions rules. If they aren't breaking rules or going against the dominions ideas. If they aren't trying to deliberately show the dominion in a bad light or harm the rep, it is fine. The groups might need to tiptoe around certain things if it comes down to that and caren't making waves the dominion won't be worried, The dominion would be happier with oversight but it is made up with limited resources people and time they aren't going to be able to keep a close eye on everything. They would love to but can't. The dominion would be happy to hire mercenaries and it depends on what work, but routine stuff sure for labor and services. For important jobs, no. An example, resistance uprising, they would be open to hiring mercenaries.

Q: Is the winter solstice not a big thing in the dominion? At least from what I've seen, Shadgard seems way more into it with all of the decorations and such.
A:The dominion isn't against it but they aren't making as much time for stuff like that. Part of the explanation for that is an ooc thing, Rias handles Shadgard, not the Dominion. Different focuses.

Q: How do the Republic, Shadgard, and Dominion feel about their people helping factions outside of themselves?
A:At the moment the rep and dom don't liek each other. Part of the republic's whole thing one of their laws is they become the rep you agree to not harm other members and you aren't going to aid enemies of the rep. They would see that as a betrayal. Shadgard hasn't been pulled into that quite yet. Shagard doesn't want to join the Dominion and might get side eyed if you are helping Dominion efforts. In the case of invididuals and assisting a single person, it is okay. If they are out helping the dominions expansion efforts or the cause that would get some grumpy looks. The dominion helping Shadgard, they are still trying to make the lost lands a better place, and maybe they are trying to show Shadgard they are trying to make things better and even if you don't like us we can bring good things to you as a people. The plan is that won't last and an increase in tensions, but at the moment not a big deal.
Would these attitudes be common knowledge? yes

Q: What are the social classes in the Dominion and how is their lot in life when compared to other social classes?
A: That is some nitty gritty he hasn't jumped into. Their is obvious a class dividide and some based on wealth, and then also based on family and upper class family. He has really nailed down specifics. There are classes there and there are upper class who get preferential treatment and there are commons and poor people who don't. It is not an eligatrian society. They doesn't mean they are happy poor people are living in squalor, but part of that is work harder for the good of the dominion you will rise up in the dominion. Prove yourself to the dominion and be rewarded. Poor people might be more likely to be recruited as pales for pay and better treatment and various things. Places of businesses give preferential treatment to pales to endear themselves to the pales.

Q: What are some nations/members in the Republic that would be common knowledge?
A: At the moment just Porto. There are others but still thinking on a few of them but just concepts right now. A lot are coastal or island they are mostly not mainland, or primarily coastal.

Q: How would you feel about groups behaving in contrast to the city they are located in? For example, a super orderly, Dominion-y company in Shadgard? Aside from the expected pushback, can I hope to be part of plots, or would it be better to go to the faction where that sort of thing is more at home? I guess what I'm trying to ask, is a certain level of homogeneity preferred?
A: I think it is okay to go against the grain but it should be understood a natural conseuqences the company might not be something teh govt is about and may not be contacted for work. Teh natural result shadgard isn't going to ask them for help in things if they don't like what it is about. An example a sorcery bookclub studying otuside shagard. They aren't going to purpose exclude them, but it wouldn't mesh with the local govt and community. It would be hard to involve those groups when they are counter to the group when there are groups that align more with the zone they are in. It would be difficult as staff to come up with reasons to involve them and make it feel natural and justified over other opportunies and natural fit.

Q: Could Faewyr diaspora be found in Sirak drauth/ around the general area? I figured there might be, since they're both pretty north on the map, and know about each other.
A: Yeah they would be uncommon because of the of sterotypes and attitudes against one another, but faewyr are found to be in a lot of places. Maybe at conflict with one another.

Q: What's the average Shadgardian's home like?
A: Pretty modest. A couple rooms, and they are not living large. Mostly timber and there are probably some areas where they are in the canyon walls but that is a lot tougher to do to carve something out.

Q: What is Shadgard's school like? Is there more than 1?
A: There are probably a couple small one room school houses with some benches and a lecturn for general education. A lot more education is passed on by ones family or less formal education and apprenticeships. Possibly the church helping out as well. The guilds would also be held in a positive light by the citizens for giving paths of employment and livelihood to citizens. The wealthier would be hiring personal tutors but there wouldn't be a fancy public school option. Public school is not mandatory

Q: What are some things that a person who grew up in Shadgard would know? Have any establishments opened or closed recently? Are there things that happened or have changed in the last decade or so?
A: That is something he would have to think about it.

Q: Why doesn't the dominion seem to like the church of light very much?
A:There seems to be some mutal animosity there. The church doesn't like how the dominion is going about things and a lot of the practices they do. The church in Mistral is in a super poor area. Part of that is the church feels they need to be there to take care of those people they feel are let down by the dominion. Sorcery use gives them concerns about effects on sanity and the soul. There are rumors that some templar ended up in the lost lasts because of the problems they had in ivial were working agains the domninion. The fate of templar is something no one really knows but it is lore stuff fueling the rumors between the two. They feel the dominion is taking over people towns and making them go along with their ways. PArt of the rumors of the dominion disappearing thaumaturges in the last lands. Rumor or not, settles into the minds of the people whether true or not. The church isn't happy with how the dominion is going things. The domion doesn't like people who don't support their ways and system. They aren't going to close the church but if anyone toes out of line they will get them with beuracracy. They aren't openly against one another, but not friendly and disapprove of one another.
Q: Would church adhering characters be viewed with suspicion.
A: If they are adherents of the church, there is a stigma against them talking about the perspective of pro dominion people. Mostly poor people and lower classes enjoy the help from the church. If you walk around saying you are a member of the church of light or adherent the dominion will bump them up in a to be kept an eye on.

Q: Are there any theories about how the fog of Mistral lake came to be?
A: Yeah. He isn't sure what he wants to say other than for those who don't know it wasn't always a thing in that area. Something about the master of the keep or at some point after the plague. There are a couple paintings around mistral lake that are paintings of the platform where it was sunny, but it wasn't always foggy. Wants to talk about the sewer system and the pipes some day, and that the waste is handled by sorcerous means to clean them out so the waste isn't dumped into the lake.

Q: Those guys living in the southwestern continent. Is their fear of the sea linked in any way to the big squid?
A: We don't know a lot about them.

Q: Is the Cantrev dialect accent thing supposed to be like an earlier form of common?
A: Maybe.

Q: Would it be unrealistic to use something like Early Modern English for in game speech?
A: It might be considered more of an archaic dialect that was used in some of Aetgard when the Viali immigrated over and sort of has the feel but doesn't have a place in mind. It might stick out a lot. It would be a weird a little but because he wouldn't know where to place it from. Could be fine as part of a character thing they are doing on purpose.

Q: What your current thoughts on TH/Rogue merge? Would the name change if so?
A: Probably will do it. He has struggled enough giving them unique things, and he felt he wasn't doing things for one and not for the other and it has taken them to a standstill. He is leaning towards it being called treasure hunter.

Q: Given Malfant seems more likely than most immortals to interact with mortals, yet his appearances often seem like they are transactional in nature, are there any particular ways Malfant adherents venerate their Immortal, common tenets and such?
A: Needs to update the page

Q: Will Harbingers be forced to be Mistral-ees by default? Can I support more than one harbinger
A: You can support more than one harbinger. It would be nice if you have a particular leaning, but it's not a mono-theistic thing. On the other hand, there are characters as a polytheistic thing which is fine, but that in turn means they aren't paying particular attention to any immortal, one particular isn't paying attention to you. If you want to have more immortal related stuff with your character to have a small few or one that you are focused on instead of a whole bunch of them.

Q: How do you feel about warlocks having alternative methods to gathering blood such as from corpses, creatures who’ve begun bleeding ect, additionally would us being able to use echoing whisper to speak to people who are ‘dead’ be possible in the future?
A: For the first that could be cool for more ways to gather resources. For the second, I think the concept is cool, but you can't speak when you are dead.

Q: What factors effect nethers’ ability to corrode non ferrous materials, EG, density, porosity, rigidness, ect and does it leave a residue or slag? What happens to the dissolved material if not?
A: I'm not a particularly learned person, but it probably leaves a residue and wisps of stuff floating away into the air, a fume or miasma floating away in it's dissolved form. Sort of like an acid.
What about dense or porour? Pourouse more service contact working on more sptos at same time

Q: Do you see demonology being a potential ability for warlocks down the line in the same realm of other minions like animations, constructs, or amagloms? Or is demonology lore-wire something that’s exceptionally difficult to do?
A: Hopefully not but maybe. It was an early clok thing
Q: do you think demons warlocks will have any interaction in the future.
A: It could be possible

Q: Marcuson’s ability suggestion brought a question to my mind. In the other game I know nether could animate salt golems, does salt have any particularly special interaction with nether/nethrim here?
A: It doesn't. That is a shame because there is interesting real world lore with salt, but if they did do that it would be a special prepared salt.

Q: How do you feel about Warlock specific tasks in Mistral
A: That could be a cool thing that could add to the area and feel of sorcerers and also sewer duty.

Q: There's an object that you can encounter in the depths of the Mistral Lake Prison. What's the story behind it?
A: There is a history there. Maybe he will add it to an npc dialogue at some point.

Q: Can we get more in-depth history/info for the Fasa on the Wiki, please? I'd love to have my character really lean into her culture
A: He references the clok wiki a lot, and there wouldn't be a lot of glaring differences between mentions of Gaea

Also, to finish off this list, I'd like to thank Rias and the staff for all of the great stuff recently. From the ball, to little NPC interactions, the world has felt more alive than ever. Thanks so much for continuing to support the game so actively, and for engaging with the community so much. It's rare that I feel like I can chat to a staff member, and while I'm still getting used to it and retraining some behaviours, it's delightful to see a staff and Devs so connected to the people they GM for.

Merry Christmas, and have a happy new year!
