How much does encumbrance play into the climbing difficulty of a climb compared to the climb skill? At 700 climbing or higher, I've noticed that just a couple of pounds of difference of gear can make the difference between a climb check being impossible and a climb check being "virtually no risk", and was wondering if that was intentional.
