Perception: Spotting Loots

Simple and easy suggestion. A Perception roll (helped by awareness) that allows you to take note of when someone loots something other than riln from a corpse. My thought was that above 200 Perception you would always see it, as you're used to paying attention to everything. I think it'd be nice to know if people are trying to shortchange you.
