Giganti surnames?

Post by Shaula »

What do Giganti do for surnames? I chose one following old Norwegian custom based on what info I could find online that said they would often just be after a parent's name, usually the father's, but is that accurate for Giganti?

Good question! I'll have to get back to you on just how Giganti surnames work (not something I've thought a whole lot about, honestly), but having a family surname based on father's name is perfectly acceptable. If it turns out there's some other convention for Giganti surnames, we can always say family surnames based on parents names are a thing as well. Heck, maybe Giganti having a bunch of different types of surnames is part of their culture. The idea's growing on me already.
