No longer possible to visit farms owned by inactive characters

Per the changelog: It is no longer possible to visit farms owned by characters who are shelved, retired, perma-dead, or haven't logged in within the past 7 days.

This is both to prevent people from benefiting from inactive characters and in preparation for some better handling of farms and their associated items/critters whose owners have gone inactive.
