Crafted Item Quality Not Showing

Some items get crafted and only appear as normal/average when they might actually be fine (usually components). This affects market sorting as people can only tell the quality if they actually look at the item in full. I think it would be beneficial for all crafted items to show their quality while in the market, even if someone has used modify to remove it, and for all crafted items to start out with the quality showing regardless of modify options. An alternative to this would be to add a column to the market for quality so that when people browse it shows the item, quality, and price without them having to do the full examine, but this would cause some items to be redundant.

Shops and markets will now always show the item quality in the short description, and the quality can used to be target the items for ordering as well. This update will apply quality descriptions even to item types that have no possibility for variance in quality, but I think that's okay.
