Bathhouses for recreation

As much as I love the Bathhouse in Shadgard I can't regularly find a reason to frequent it. (especially not for any length of time) The atmosphere is cozy, warm steamy water and a nice shelf to sit back and let the worries melt off for awhile.

I propose that spending time in this comfortable place could give a morale bonus. Granting a .01 or .05 morale boost per pulse up to a soft cap of 2.0. With an added benefit of preventing morale from falling (as it naturally does over time) so long as you're inside to partake in the relaxation. Preventing morale decay might be a stretch but, I can dream can't I? Also washing people's backs giving a small tick up in morale would be fun.
