Exceeding Skill Goals Confirmation

Would it be possible to put some kind of confirmation when a skill you're training is going to exceed your set "goal" level? Or even an option to auto-cap a skill so that even if you use the "skill increase max" command it will only go to that level. That way players won't have to constantly keep track with the skills command to make sure they don't over-spend points on accident.
