Campfire Flickering

Right now, campfires just die immediately. It would be good if they flickered before dying, giving us the chance to add fuel if we wish to keep it going longer.

Request addendum: campfires should only flicker if there is no fuel in them AND the timer is low. It'd be silly for it to flicker if the timer got low but a few logs were queued to burn.
