Changelog

This is a low, low, low priority ask, but I would absolutely love to have the changelog (and BBS) available via RSS. I checked the source on the new changelog page but didn't see any references for RSS or atom, and it's a nice easy way to stay on top of things. I don't know how much work it is to implement on a custom page like that though.

I don't have a lot of experience with RSS, but it looks good in my readers (newsboat, Thunderbird). Let me know if you notice any oddities.

I've set up two options: Weekly and Rolling. The old RSS URL no longer works. Grab whichever you want by going to https://cogg.contrarium.net/changelog and clicking Weekly or Rolling, then check the RSS link in the navbar.
