Unplayable tribe idea

Some of this idea is by Prism. Feel free to take/leave parts if some things appeal and others don't.
So, we were discussing a fairly nomadic tribe. One that uses blood and heat to burn patterns on their leather, and perhaps solidifies hair/blood etc through heat to create carvable talismans, or hardens dreadlocks to carve totems into their hair. Bone nose rings. Generally, just a really aggressive tribe. Perhaps with tattoos cut into their skin. If it was a tribe where only the lead male gets the women, the women would be much smaller/shorter than the males.
