Riln Sink- Teaching certificates

So, this is a possible riln sink:

What if you can only teach people after you've become 'certified'' with each certificate available after 500 skill points invested into it. with higher tiers being more expensive?
It would encourage teachers to charge for their services and make some riln go poof, as well.

such as:

Basic teaching certificate for (skill): 500 riln
short test, POOF! you can teach people half or less your skill level!
Intermediate: 1000 riln

and so on.

Add a couple zeros to those prices and it'd make more sense, honestly. Then it'd be a significant riln sink. (Okay maybe don't add THAT much riln to the price, but... 500 and 1000 are cheap.)

It was more an example of the idea instead of actual pricing.

I'm still on the fence about PCs teaching other PCs. One issue being that even with teaching certification fees, it's going to severely reduce one of the most effective riln sinks, which is paying for training. That said, I do like the certification idea if we do end up going with PCs teaching PCs.
