New armor type: Padded (cloth)

Post by Rias »

Padded armor made from cloth is now a thing! It is fairly comparable with regular (soft) leather, doing a bit better against bludgeon, crush, and hack, and worse against rake and slash. (It does not do particularly well against fire!)

Tailors can now make padded gloves, padded gorget, padded jacket, padded pants, and padded sleeves.

Weaver's Workshops can now preform repairs on cloth armor.

Player repairs to cloth items will be added soon(tm). I'm also excited at the possibilities of making padded armor out of some fantasy cloth types I plan to add in the future!

P.S. Padded armor is currently player-crafted only, and not sold in any shops. It'll likely be added to a shop somewhere eventually, but for now, make those PC tailors feel special and put in an order!

The padded coif has been added for head protection.

I'm trying to figure out how to work footwear in there somehow just for the completionist in me, but I'll need to add in some kind of sole component first.
