Awesome! Could we also get brushes in some form? Either craftable, or purchasable in the general store? Blood doesn't come out of a cloak easily.

Help me with ideas for bristles and I'll make them craftable.

Animal husbandry - horse hair from grooming horses

Bushcrafting - skinning certain animals with think hides might allow for creating bristles like badgers/boars
- collecting jute and then weaving the jute cordage

Handles

Woodcutting - allows you to carve handles

Metalworking - allows you to craft brushes from metals

Fishing - sometimes a cast may yield a "sponge", let it dry out and you have a loofah scrubber

Bristles could also be obtained from Boar hair- it's sufficiently bristly and boar hair brushes are common.
There are also natural plants such as horsetail (nicknamed bottlebrush) in Canada that I've been told can be used to scrub dishes. So it might also be sufficiently bristly.

Oh! If there's any volcanic areas we'll have access to, pumice could be good for scrubbing with as well.

This isn't specifically for inn rooms, but would it be possible to add a laundry service to the bathhouse? Something where when you change clothes you're offered an option to also have your clothes cleaned while you bathe - for a fee or not. Maybe they come out more nicely laundered than washing the clothes yourself at a pump or inn room and it's another morale boost option or "smells good" option.

I actually wouldn't mind having a small changing spot for the bath in the Warriors guild as well. A towel rack for drying, but nowhere nearby to toss the clothes in (at least without some awkward command and armor/clothing shuffling).
