Notes from today's voice chat (I missed a couple bits, so please feel free to chime in if you remember something and don't see it mentioned here):

- quick-proc/quick command follow up abilities (follow up punch would be a great quick-proc!)
- immediate mortal wounds vs tactical combat - goal here was clarified, not getting rid of mortal wounds altogether, but the intent is to require some set up before getting a (low damage) mortal wound instead of just a lucky RNG instant death. High damage will still be able to instantly kill.
- proximity system is probably going to be overhauled, has too many unintended consequences
- lore: there isn't any legal trade across the quarantine barrier, everyone from outside the lost lands selling in the lost lands is a High Risk Trader. Plenty of semi-sanctioned raiders patrol the seas because any ship that cannot identify itself and prove it isn't originating from inside the quarantine is fair game for pillage.
- treasure system: tweaked, but still needs greater differentiation between low-skill-mob box drops and high-skill-mob box drops
- diversity in skill ranges of NPC mobs in combat areas may be a thing in the future (particularly for event spawn and CvC area NPCs)
- arcana side-effect management (Yes, of course I can help you make less noise. Would you like a headache, dizziness, or vomiting?)
- stealing rerolls? nah, good where it is
- And Rias fixed a long-standing bug while in chat!
