We were discussing stealth in its state and at the moment, ranged combat in stealth seems powerful. While ranged on its own is lacking in variability and it's overall boring, ranged attacks from stealth are highlighting that stealth can be overpowered.

Stealth Checks to remain hidden: At the moment there are no checks to remain in hiding after each attack from stealth, the only way to be found is if the target is searching.
Risk accumulation: Risk accumulation from ranged (7, nets down to 2 per fired shot due to RT) is low enough that you can easily remain under 20 risk for 10+ attacks without repositioning your hiding place. Taking a new hiding place could reduce risk by a small amount to help alleviate rapid gain, but it would increase player engagement.
Fears of bypassing guarding - guarding should include perception checks to protect their guarded target against stealthed attacks and dirty tricks, especially from the open, with exceptions for mental and unseen attacks.

Melee vs ranged stealh - there are no real means of returning to stealth from hiding, a shadow strike ability that automatically attempts to return to hiding or grants a window of hiding for a melee stealth combatant would be nice.
