Q: how likely is it for people to get infectedd by resen from outside lost lands, and how long does it take for the infestation to progress and take complete hold?
Q: I remember the help file just says resen incidents can happen anywhere in and outside lost lands but the heavily concentrated area is within the quarantine itself. Does this apply to every part of arad or even the world as a whole?
