Primalists

I have a question regarding skill caps and the Primalists! It looks like they are stuck at the Non-Guild Specialty cap found in the Hunter's Lounge. I assume they aren't meant to have caps for all of the survivalist heavy skills (Climbing, Tracking, Bushcraft, etc.) as high as Rangers, but it seems a little odd that they can't get above a 400 in Bushcraft for instance. Is this intended?

All the scholars are one-trick ponies when it comes to skills at the moment, because I haven't sat down and thought about what else they might be good at beyond their primary focus. You know scholars and their tendency to fixate on one subject over all else. Primalists being a little better at bushcraft makes sense, though I'll have to ponder over just how much.
