Slightly less freezing

I changed up how the weather data is determined for Shadgard and its surroundings, and it should be overall less cold. This doesn't mean that the weather won't get wacky sometimes and still get very cold in late Spring/early Summer though - remember, this is based on real-world weather data, so it's definitely realistic.
