Winter Solstice Spirit!

To go along with the addition of the Winter Solstice help/wiki article, Shadgard now has some decorations put up around town, and the Hearth & Home is serving hot cocoa while imported Huecatn cocoa lasts to help give that cozy warmth to the Winter Solstice season!
