There's been a lot of clutter building up around the in-game world, so the dreaded janitor has been enabled again - meaning items left out on the ground will occasionally be swept away and deleted, so store your stuff in your bank vault or your inn room (the floor of your inn room is safe, as well as the containers there).

Items are also safe on the ground at farms for the moment, though I'm not overly fond of them being used as general storage space, so some restrictions may be put in place at some future point.
