Rumors in the druidic community about a soul-chilling rage

Rumors have been flying about recently that as the cold season has been intensifying, some druids have been muttering about feeling a "soul-chilling rage". Ominous portents, or the ramblings of madmen touched by forces not meant for man? Perhaps only the druids can truly know.
