New damage type: puncture

There's a new damage type called "puncture" damage, which is essentially a more concentrated and powerful piercing blow that is better at punching through armor than the standard "pierce" damage.

Some weapons that will enjoy Puncture damage and therefore be a good pick when you're going against those heavily-armored foes:
- Warhammer (there's a spike opposite the flat hammer-head, for those not in the know)
- Estoc (a sturdy edgeless thrusting sword)
- Stiletto (an edgeless thrusting dagger)
- Polehammer (essentially a warhammer with a polearm-length haft)
- Bodkin arrows launched by Flatbows or Longbows
- Crossbow bolts launched by heavy crossbows
- Firearm bullets (the more common firearm shot will continue to deal pierce damage)

Further tweaks may occur in the pursuit of balance.

Please tell me we're getting the heavy duty, two-handed thrusting blades that were estocs?!

I just reread this today. The initial post says that stilettos would enjoy this damage type. Currently they only deal piercing damage, but have a significant armor chink rating. Is this still in consideration, or were these the trade offs they were given?

Stilettos were given their sky high chink chance instead of puncture damage.

Can we include pickaxes? Hmm, if the stronger, longer firearms will come out like muskets and hopely a pneumatic equivalent comes out, will they do puncture instead of pierce?
