Tiny Syntax Change Request for Tag Lists

This might just not end up looking good to the eyes, which is more important, as I can always find other ways to parse it. However, I was wondering if we couldn't have places where an item/entity would appear with no tags appear with empty notation, as in the following:
Also Here: George (Bloody, Moderately Armored), John (Severely Wounded), Alvin ().
This would personally make my parsing of things easier myself, but again, I understand if that wouldn't look good to the eyes. Perhaps only apply this to entities, though, as applying to items would be...very spammy in inventory listings and such.
