That 1 extra skill rank cost at each 100 mark

A lot of people have reported that they were seemingly being charged for one extra rank at each 100 mark of a skill. I think this is fixed now. Maybe. The way the math is being handled in this particular instance is really weird, and I'm not sure why the calculation is working the way it is.
So. Keep an eye on it and report further oddities that I might have caused by tweaking the numbers ever-so-slightly.
The good news is that you don't (as far as the actual data is concerned) have a pool of actual points to spend, it just calculates how many you're using up based on your current skill levels. So if numbers get messed up, no need to worry about not getting refunded the points you lost or anything - the numbers will fix themselves as the calculations are fixed.
