One more major thing that got overlooked and needs to be done: minor components aren't storing or being priced for their quality. Thanks for setting those up, both of you. As requested, typing HELP SKILL CAPS in-game will pull the "Caps by Skill" article, without all the fiddly table formatting that doesn't look right in-game. Good thinking.

Yes, it applies to any crushing-into-fibers activity regardless of material, despite the changelog specifying plant/bark. I suppose for once I should have been more vague.
