Currently, Called Weakness doesn't provide any prompt or indication that a Guardian can call out the effect. Can there be an initial prompt when you've reached the needed stacks on a target? I know it's not a quick-timed event, where you can't do it once the moment is over, but it would help with so...

The new cartridge shots are really neat, but other than their high relative cost, they've encroached on the territory of pneumatic pistols quite a bit. I'd love to see pneumatic capacity be expanded slightly to accommodate the ammo tedium reduction updates.

Tulpa, I just want to add that my recommendations are a set of ideas for sparking imagination or creative drive as you stated "but I'd like to encourage Rias (and everybody else) to think of ways for Sanity loss to take effect without taking away a player's agency over their character's speech....

I forgot to add on my recommendations: If the speech-rp impediment is considered wide-spreadly disruptive, I would recommend looking at mechanics already seen in games like CyberPunk (both the tabletop versions 2020, RED, as well as the video game 2077). An alternative suggestion: Give them horse-grouping, where they're in your group but detach and attach to the group like a led horse does. This is a best of both worlds scenario (though... horses... have... certain bugs because of this feature.)
