Re: Discussion about the Warrior Experience
I am not one to post on BBS, but this topic piqued my interest. My idea takes parts from other posts on this thread. My thoughts on how this could look: What if the town handed out a task where the rewards were so great that people would want to group to get them done? The difficulty could be based ...

Re: Crossbow vs Javelin vs Bow
Just my thought: How about keep javelins where they are, but put (create) atlatls in the game that can be used for increased accuracy and the full damage potential javelins have now? If you want to throw a javelin by hand, you can, but you don't get the full potential of the weapon. Atlatls could ev...

Re: Ranged combat, what is it supposed to be like?
I thought I would ask this question here for clarification as it was asked in CHAT:
Can the abilities combat precision and true strike be used for ranged attacks? If so, how would they work from hiding?

Re: Additional ailments Ideas and physicker cures
An idea to cure a bleeding, open wound: Being able to use scissors to clip a few strands of long hair from someone for a suture, if you are in a pinch, and out of thread.

Re: Funny stuff thread
An assistant introduces an obese hooded-eyed man with bronzed skin to you as Jesus and assigns you to tend his wounds. Jesus lies down. You see an obese hooded-eyed man with bronzed skin, whom you know as Jesus. He is spattered with blood Using a small copper needle and a skein of thread, you sew u...

Re: When to linger
At one time we had to use our own supplies to tend people in the infirmary, but that was changed to what it is now, and at a reduced income earned by working in the infirmaries using it's supplies. I had quite a few contacts to get thread and bandages so I could do work at the infirmaries. I don't m...

Re: Death questions
Forgive my ignorance if this has been talked about: Perhaps death and sanity are tied together. The more you die the more insane you go until you seek professional treatment. There is the MEDICAL SOOTHE command for medics to calm people down to heal them(need to get that working though). There could...
